Delivery and assembly

We deliver to Metro Manila areas for free while other destinations are subject to trucking charges. As part of our service, our staff can also assist with the product assembly if need be.

Complimentary Makati City delivery is included for all rugs measuring 8'x10' and up and textiles measuring in 120" in width.

Delivery or shipping and handling outside of Makati City will be quoted on an order basis.

Orders placed online do not include shipping and handling. Customers who have chosen the option 'request shipping quote' will receive a shipping quote as soon as possible after their order is received.

All items can be arranged to be picked-up from the Soumak Showroom in Makati at no charge. Please schedule your pick-up time at least 2 days in advance so we may better serve you.

Made-To-Order

Customized items require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Production lead time starts upon confirmation of deposit, when production has commenced customers will receive an estimated time of completion.

Production lead time

Each bespoke order is handcrafted by artisans from different areas outside of Metro Manila. Textile production varies from 45 to 60 days while rug weaving takes 30 to 75 days. It takes about 30 to 75 days to finish a furniture piece, depending on the availability of materials, type of finish as well as the design.

Return and exchange policy

All Soumak items undergo strict quality control inspections starting from material procurement, production, all the way to final assembly. We require customers to closely inspect their purchases upon delivery. Should you experience problems, please feel free to contact us within 15 days from receipt of goods.
